Tools are provided for personal and commercial use where permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit, distribute, or test any images, domains, IPs, code, or networks you use with our services.
Image tools are provided "as is." Output quality may vary by file format, browser, and device. You are solely responsible for backups and use of processed files.
Diagnostics rely on public data and automated checks. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are for informational and troubleshooting purposes only — not legal, security certification, or compliance advice.
Port scanning and similar tests must only be run against networks and hosts you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
You are responsible for code you share. Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights. Shared rooms may be accessible to anyone with the link.
One-time notes are not a substitute for enterprise secret management. We are not liable for interception, premature deletion, or failure to deliver a note.
AI tools generate text and analysis that may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before you publish, send, file, or act on it.
AI tools do not provide legal, medical, tax, immigration, or financial advice. Templates for privacy policies, terms, complaints, and similar documents are drafts only and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.
Do not submit unlawful content, others' confidential data without permission, or sensitive personal data you are not allowed to share with third-party AI processors.
We disclaim liability for decisions made based on tool output, including IP location, blacklist status, SSL grades, DNS propagation timing, or speed measurements. Verify important outcomes independently.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results for every query or file.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSPIC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may not use the Service to process illegal content, infringe intellectual property, abuse our APIs, scrape at unreasonable rates, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
You may not run port scans, network probes, or similar tests against hosts you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to test. You may not use payment-card tools to validate stolen or unknown card numbers, unlock PDFs you are not authorized to access, or file false police complaints or other fraudulent legal documents.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
